These terms cover use of the 24 Hour Tires website, online stock tools, employee inventory app, and related online services operated by 24 Hour Tires LLC and 24-Hour Mobile Tires With Roadside Assistance LLC (together, “we,” “us,” or “the shop”) at 9126 S Ashland Ave, Chicago, IL 60620.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or our online tools, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What this site is for
- Shop information, services, and contact details
- Checking approximate tire/rim stock online
- Requesting roadside help and related payment/signing flows
- Employee sign-in for inventory, shifts, and shop operations
Online stock is a helper for the shop floor. Availability can change without notice. Final price, fitment, and condition are confirmed at the shop or with a technician.
3. Shop & roadside services
Walk-in and mobile/roadside work are separate from this website’s general terms. Roadside dispatch may require a deposit and a signed service agreement with additional terms shown at checkout. Those signed terms control that service call.
4. Accounts & employee access
Employee tools require Google sign-in and shop approval. You must keep your account secure and only use access you are authorized for. We may suspend or remove access at any time for security, abuse, or business reasons.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to break into, scrape abusively, or disrupt the site or systems
- Misuse employee tools or another person’s account
- Submit false roadside requests, payments, or contact information
- Use the site for anything illegal
6. Payments
Card payments (including roadside deposits and shop billing) are processed by Stripe or similar providers. Deposits and refunds follow the terms shown at payment time and any signed roadside agreement. Subscription billing for shop software, if used, is governed by the checkout and billing screens for that plan.
7. Disclaimers
The website and inventory tools are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect stock accuracy, or that online information matches what is on the lot at any moment. Vehicle fitment, safety, and roadworthiness remain the vehicle owner’s responsibility except where the law says otherwise.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and our owners, employees, and technicians are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or online tools. For a specific roadside or shop service job, any signed service terms and applicable law control.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
