This policy covers the public website and online stock tools for 24 Hour Tires at 9126 S Ashland Ave, Chicago, IL 60620 (including related LLC entities that operate the shop and roadside service), and the employee inventory app (“Tire Tracker”) used by approved staff.
Website & store customers
When you browse stock, pay online for local pickup, request roadside help, or contact us, we may collect:
- Name, phone, email, and vehicle/location details you submit
- Order and payment metadata (customer card payments go through Square; we do not store full card numbers)
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) needed to run and secure the site
We use this information to fulfill pickup orders, provide roadside service, answer questions, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
Employee inventory app
Approved staff may sign in with Google. For that tool we may also store:
- Google account email
- Inventory data entered by staff (sizes, brands, locations, sticker codes, notes)
- Scan and removal activity needed to keep stock accurate
Camera access on the Scan screen stays on the device for barcode reading; we do not upload camera video for advertising.
Storage & sharing
Data is stored on our servers and with processors we need to operate (for example Square for customer card payments, hosting, and SMS/voice providers for roadside dispatch). Stripe is used only for the shop’s Tire Tracker software subscription, not for customer checkout. Access to employee tools is limited to approved Google accounts managed by the shop.
