How roadside works

Five steps. We text you either way from (708) 815-7014.

Roadside form: pick Used tire and drop a pin on the map.

Step 1

Tell us what’s going on

Used tire, jump, lockout, fuel, spare, or a bent rim. Drop a pin so we know where you are. Expressway jobs only need shoulder and mile marker.

Step 2

Place a $50 card hold

That hold is not a charge yet. It lets us start calling drivers. If nobody can take it, the hold comes off.

We call drivers one at a time, first through fifth.

Step 3

We call the drivers

One at a time. First person rings, then the next if they don’t pick up. We aim to get through the list in about 15–90 seconds.

Step 4

You get a text — yes or no

Always a text from (708) 815-7014. Not a call. Save that number so you know it’s us. We aim for 15–90 seconds. We don’t guarantee the clock.

If we accept, watch the map

The text has a status link. When the driver shares location, you see the route and ETA. If we’re busy, you were not charged. We’ll text back if things change.
