Business model

24 Hour Tires is a physical shop at 9126 S Ashland Ave, Chicago, IL 60620. Online checkout reserves tires or rims from our lot for customer pickup. We are not a warehouse marketplace and we do not drop-ship from third parties.

Shipping

We do not ship. All online stock orders are local pickup only at our Ashland Ave shop in Chicago. Google Shopping / product listings show $0 shipping because fulfillment is in-store pickup.

Pickup

• Pay online to reserve the listed item (quantity shown on the product page).
• Bring your order confirmation (email or phone) to 9126 S Ashland Ave, Chicago, IL 60620.
• Shop is open 24 hours — call (312) 937-6047 if you need directions or timing help.
• Optional install labor ($10/tire) and old-tire disposal ($7) can be added at checkout.
• Roadside mount at your location is a separate service via Roadside.

Returns & refunds

• Used tires and rims are sold as described, with photos of the actual item and any condition notes shown on the listing. Please review photos before paying.
• If we sold you the wrong size or wrong item, or the item is not what the listing showed, contact us within 7 days of pickup for a refund or exchange while stock allows.
• Change-of-mind returns after pickup are not guaranteed on used merchandise. Call the shop — we will work with you when we can.
• Cancel an unpaid or unpicked reserved order by calling (312) 937-6047 or emailing 24hourmobiletireswithroadside@gmail.com before you pick up.
• Card refunds, when issued, go back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

Taxes & fees

Listed product prices match the stock price. Illinois sales tax, the state tire fee ($2.50 per tire sold), optional disposal, and optional install labor are calculated at checkout. Details: Prices.
